4 Replies and 8870 Views Entity Custom Fields  8870  4 Started by  Drew Goodwin Hi, In our HelpMaster installation Sites have a number of custom fields defined. When I load a Site through the API and I access the Site.CustomFields collection I see none of them. If I try to set one of the custom fields using SetTextBoxValue(PKID of the custom field definition, custom field value), then I get an exception - which is understandable as I would imagine SetTextBoxValue() updates the in-memory value of an item in Site.CustomFields. 0 Replies and 4097 Views Emailing, Email Templates and Action templates with email templates  4097  0 Started by  Rod Weir As of v9.1, the API does not have any emailing capabilities. This means that when you use an Action template (either directly, or via a Job Template that contains an Action Template), any Email Templates associated will not be applied, and no email will be sent.&160; Email functionality may be somthing that will be included in future releases of the API A work-around is to use the Priority Manager to send email and apply action templates (which also send email if Email Templates are linked t...
