    A couple of suggestions recently received via email...

    Hi there, it would be great if you could right click the column headings in the helpdesk explorer and choose columns. :)

    and

    ...it would be great if the Job window in Helpmaster was able to accept a drag event for attachments. (e.g. if I have a file on my desktop and I drag it onto the job it will automatically attach it. That would cut down a tonne of mouse clicks!

    and finally...

    I've noticed that when you choose the file it would be nice to have the file name (without extension) placed in the Title textbox and to also pick up the file type automatically when the file is attached! :)

    Great suggestions....

    1. Field chooser accessible via right-click on column headers. Sounds reasonable. We'll definitely have a look at that. In the meantime, try the "Settings > Field chooser" menu.

    2. Drag 'n drop for attachments...We've got a good surprise for you in HelpMaster v10. Not quite drag 'n drop into the Explorer screen, but we've completely re-vamped the way attachments are added and viewed. See this post for some screenshots

    Drag 'n drop directly into the Explorer is a good idea. We'll look into this. Sounds like a good challenge!

    3. File types and names. The new attachments processing is a lot more intuitive and much less click-intensive. Just drag, drop and you're done.
