Hi,

I believe we have found a bug with the Priority Manager.  I'll explain what I did to come across this bug.

1. We first created a new Priority Manager Profile.
2. Under Priority Definition, we launch the helpdesk job finder and search for two values:

• Issues and Children for: Technical
• Assigned to= Technical unnassigned

3. I return search criteria to the priority manager and hit close
4. I hit Apply, then populate the rest of the profile.  I hit Apply, then Close and the window closes.
5. When I go back into the same profile, the Assigned To value has disappeared.

 I have tried this for both new jobs and existing jobs.  The major problem with this is that it sent out thousands of e-mails to staff members because it was not contrained to just unassigned jobs but rather every job with an issue of Technical.
