2 Replies and 6548 Views SQL Script to convert all email addresses in HelpMaster Pro to lower case  6548  2 Started by  Rod Weir Hello everyone, It seems that when the v8 Email Manager looks for a match between an incoming email and and email in the HelpMaster Pro database, it does a case sensitive search.&160; This means that if the case is different in the email to what it is in the database, a match will not be established.  We have been looking at implementing the Email Manager service to automatically create HM jobs from incoming emails into our team mailbox. Our organisation uses Lotus Notes (Version 7 Notes client) as the enterprise messaging system.&160; The Helpmaster Pro documentation indicates that Lotus Notes is supported but when I access the Email Manager and start to create a new profile, the only selections available in the Connect to dialog are the Outlook profile names.&160; Can you please provide s...

2 Replies and 7164 Views Email Manager - Moving Email to Folder and Emailing Someone  7164  2 Started by  helpdesk@ntsolutions.com.au Hi, I have upgraded to V8 and in the process of setting up some workflows with the email manager. I am able to setup so that&160;when it manages&160;the&160;inbox&160;it&160;moves a email with set&160;keywords&160;to a folder, but what I am looking for is to move an email to a folder but also forward the original email or an customisable field to email another&160;contact/email address. Is that possible with helpmaster If so how can i set this up &160; Cheers, Alex
