2 Replies and 8908 Views Schedule Force Logoff function.  8908  2 Started by  ping monster Hi.. We have a problem that users are not logging out of HM, leaving job open over night even weeks. Would there be a force schedule logoff user funtion in HM (NOT auto logoff in 1min or two in HM system admin) I could do it by windows force schedule log off or shutdown but I just want to know if there is HM&160;function. &160; Regards &160; &160;

2 Replies and 7775 Views Is Helpmaster profile based.  7775  2 Started by  ping monster Hello.. We have a problem on TWO&160;users only. When these people logon and click on 'Site Search' button error reporting window pops up. It happens no matter&160;which PC&160;they are logging in from. But it does not happen to any other users. They have all same permission level and same user group. (HM Administration) So, I&160;was wondering if HM&160;uses its own profile IF it does how can I remove and recreate one ps. Uninstalled and reinstalled HM&160;but still the same err...

2 Replies and 8730 Views How big is your database?  8730  2 Started by  Rod Weir Just a general interest post.&160; I just worked on a tech support issue for a HelpMaster database with over 250,000 jobs logged in it.&160; That's quite a few jobs.&160; The good news is the database was perfectly intact, performing well and doing what it should after the upgrade to v9.1 I wonder if HelpMaster implementations out there have more jobs than this Care to share any thoughts p.s.&160; Databases of this size should always have their indexes rebuilt / maintained regularly to ...
