4 Replies and 6823 Views Active Directory Sync  6823  4 Started by  Jeff Willson When running the active directory sync I get an error message that string or binary data will be truncated and there are no users added to helpmaster pro. Any suggestions.  I have a problem with closing jobs. I select a job from my job list and click the 'Resolve and close job' and this window opens (http://www.zgeek.com/forum/gallery/files/1/0/8/hmp9bug.jpg) As you can see from that window the Apply and OK buttons are greyed out so you can't actually close the job. I have to se the status to something else and then back to closed to get the apply button to work.

3 Replies and 7009 Views Window sizes not being remembered  7009  3 Started by  Timo We are using V8.0 latest and we have found that the size and position of the windows are not being remember. This means that we have to keep resetting it all the time. I could not find any triggers or patterns but it happens enough to be of annoyance.

2 Replies and 6931 Views Please fix these long time bugs  6931  2 Started by  ZGeek Everytime I close a job in helpmaster the job browser window shrinks and I have to maximize it again. Everytime I open a new job, the details fields (clienat ID, Issue, Jobtype) are slowly covered up by the main detail window (where you type your notes) (example: http://www.zgeek.com/forum/gallery/files/1/0/8/hmp.jpg ) Please fix these! despite lots and lots of releases this is still happening and it's driving me nuts.

0 Replies and 7260 Views Priority Manager & Email Error (Error Location: clsEmail.SendEmail_Redemption at code location: 25)  7260  0 Started by  helpdesk@ntsolutions.com.au We recently upgraded from Exchange 2003 to 2007 and also from Helpmaster Pro 8.0.16 to 8.0.18 and we are experiencing issues with priority manager. The email manager is successfully reviewing our helpdesk mailbox and creating/updating existing jobs without issue and sending out emails to clients during this process, but the priority manager seems to be experiencing some issues. The priority manager will not send out emails internally, so this is impacting on our internal SLA's. I can test from ...
