1 Replies and 8642 Views New job doesn't inherit KB link from template  8642  1 Started by  Michael Cleaver Not sure if this is an issue with our installation or something broader, but when creating a new job from a job template that has a Knowledge Base article linked to it, the newly created job doesn't inherit a link to that article. Using Desktop 9.14. Is anyone else seeing this behaviour &160; Thanks, Michael

4 Replies and 9646 Views Crash when logging new job with a template that contains an automatic date calculation based on office hours  9646  4 Started by  Rod Weir A new knowledge base article has just been posted with a fix to an issue that causes HelpMaster to crash whenever a job template is selected to log a new job. We first created a new Priority Manager Profile. 3 Replies and 8426 Views Error Number: 5  8426  3 Started by  Timo dlvw One of my team started to experience problems with his 9.0.4 installation on XP Proff. He has been using it happily for a long time but now each time he starts the app error 5 is shown. Tried the 'email helpmaster' option from the error screen&160;but it did not work. then emailled it manually to &91;PRD&93;&160; yesterday but have not received an answer as yet. 2 Replies and 7162 Views Web licences not being revoked on deletion of user  7162  2 Started by  Adam Faorlin Not sure if this is a bug or just how the client manager has been designed. If a user with a web licence is deleted the web licence count that can be seen in the top right corner of the client search screen does not increase by one. If you then go into a user and check the web licence count shown there it also does not refect a licence increase. Manually revoking a licence before deleting seems to work fine, but it would be nice if a user could be removed and web licences revoked all in the on...
