0 Replies and 4920 Views New Email Tags for Time Zones in v12  4920  0 Started by  Scott Ward In v12 you may notice the New Email Tags that include _Timezone at the end of them, these always duplicate an Email Tag that is the same just without the _Timezone part. e.g. "Jobs -> DateLogged" and "Jobs -> DateLogged_Timezone" In v12 we have added full time zone awareness so it can be important to know what time zone a date is referring too and also can be nice to know what the time was for the person who completed this in a different time zone. eg. 4 Replies and 7894 Views Knowledge Base Article ID  7894  4 Started by  Daniel Hughes Hello &160; I was just wondering if it is possible to automate the creation of the ArticleID for new KB articles At this stage our KB is small (10 articles) so typing it in manually for each new article (eg 00001, 00002, 00003 etc) is sufficient, but we are looking to grow this quickly, so I am looking for a way to increase the articleID automatically. &160; Any help would be greatly appreciated. &160; &160;
