How can we capture the time taken from the initial customer contact Ideally we want to override the Date Logged date Your advice would be appreciated. 1 Replies and 6056 Views Using the Private tick box  6056  1 Started by  David Tesoriero When ticking on 'Private (Staff viewing only)' for a progress note it is still visible in HelpMaster Desktop Isn't the note supposed to be marked differently Or are they just not visible when reporting on the job in question I have tried printing out the job out as a report the private note still appeared Can you please explain how the private flag works Cheers
