Hi All, I'm trying to find a way I can 'stop time' in a job when a job has been assigned a certain status, for example: 1. Job is logged by user via email/web 2. Helpdesk operator looks at job, client is unavailable for contact 3. Operator assigned job status of 'On Hold' and reassigns it to 'Open' when client is available The reason for this is so reports can be run and jobs don't blow the SLA when the client is unavailable. I'm looking for clarification on linking KB articles with each other. I am using the See Also function. But I'd also like to link , hyper style, from within the article. I see the options are to link to a url, a file, or an internal link. Is there a way to move them They have jobs assigned to them currently that need to stay assigned, so I am hesitant to delete them and then recreate. &160; Thanks
